Speed Dialing
Note: You can also make Speed Dialing calls via the
Phonebook and Call list, see sections “ Phonebook ” on
page 50 and “ Dial number from the Call list ” on page 40 .
Common Speed Dialing numbers
By using common Speed Dialing numbers, you can make calls
simply by pressing a few keys. The common Speed Dialing
numbers consist of 1–5 digits and are stored in the exchange (by your
system administrator). å
Dial the common Speed Dialing number.
Please refer to your telephone directory. æ
Press to make the call.
Dial a number via Hot key or Soft key
The Hot key or Soft key has to be preprogrammed with a number,
see section “ Hot keys and Soft keys ” on page 100.
Via Hot key: å
Press and hold the preprogrammed Hot key.
A number between 0 and 9. The display shows the
preprogrammed number. The number is dialed and the connection
will be established automatically.
Via Soft key: ä
Press the preprogrammed Soft key (see display).
The display shows the preprogrammed number. The number is
dialed and the connection will be established automatically.
