Task switching
The phone supports the use of multi-
ple applications at the same time.
The function you are currently using
is in foreground, the other open ap-
plications are in the background.
You can switch from the current ap-
plication to the main menu, standby
mode or to any open application.
Open the clamshell.

Press and hold to open the
main menu.

Press briefly. All currently
open applications are
listed.
You can directly switch to the Main
Menu, Home or to any open
application:

to return to the call.

If any applications are currently
open, an options menu is offered.

PIN control
The PIN is usually requested each
time the phone is switched on. You
can deactivate this feature but you
risk unauthorised use of the phone.
Some service providers do not
permit deactivating the control.

This is needed to set the

Key code. Used to unlock
SIM cards after the wrong PIN
has been entered repeatedly.
Phone
code
Protects your phone. Must be
entered at the first security
setting.
