Server will return the most up-to-date snapshot of selected channel and stream in JPEG format. The size
and quality of image will be set according to the video settings on the server.

Account management
Note: This request requires administrator privilege

PARAMETER VALUE DESCRIPTION
method add Add an account to server. When using this method,
“username” field is necessary. It will use default value of other
fields if not specified.
