Answering system
If the system
has less than
five minutes of
recordng tme left,
the remanng tme
wll be announced.

to delete some
messages before
new ones can be
recorded.

messages can be
deleted. Messages
can only be
deleted after they
are played.

New message indication
The message display counter will flash when there are new answering system
messages.
If the new message alert tone s turned on, the telephone base wll beep every
10 seconds when there are unrevewed messages.
Message playback
Press / PLAY/STOP to lsten to messages.
Press / PLAY/STOP agan to stop playback.
If you have new messages, you will hear only the new messages (oldest first). If
there are no new messages, the system will play back all messages (oldest first).
When playback begns, the total number of messages s announced, followed
by the day and time of the first message to be played.
Options during playback
Press VOL to adjust the speaker volume. to adjust the speaker volume.
Press /SKIP to skp to the next message.
Press /REPEAT to repeat the message currently playng. Press /REPEAT
twce to lsten to the prevous message.
Press
X/DELETE to delete the current message. The system wll advance to
the next message.
