Telephone operation
Directory
The drectory can store up to 50 entres. Each entry may
have up to 30 dgts for the phone number and 15 characters
for the name.
The drectory can be accessed when the handset s not n
use by pressng once or MENU/SELECT three tmes.
The screen wll dsplay DIRECTORY EMPTY f there are
no records n the drectory.
When the drectory s full and you attempt to save an entry,
the screen wll dsplay LIST FULL.
If you attempt to save a number already stored n the
drectory, the screen wll dsplay ALREADY SAVED.
If the telephone number n the drectory exceeds 15 dgts,

* wll be dsplayed n front of the telephone number. Press *
to move towards the end of the telephone number or press #
to move towards the begnnng of the telephone number.
Only one handset can revew the drectory at a tme. If
a handset attempts to enter the drectory whle another
handset s already n the drectory, NOT AVAILABLE AT
ThIS TIME wll be dsplayed.
