To reduce the offset voltage at each dynamic strain "Buffered Output" channel:
1. Measure a Buffered Output channel with its bridge unstrained and place
the value in a variable arbitrarily called <offset_v>.
2. Send minus to that channel with the SOUR:VOLT command.
For example: SOUR:VOLT <-offset_v>,(@10000)

Send with VXIplug&play Function: hpe1422_cmd(...)
Usage SOUR:VOLT .041,(@10031)
correct a -41 mV offset at channel 31 of
VT1529A/B 00.
