SENS:DATA:FIFO:ALL? to retrieve data from FIFO.
NOTE: *TST? always sets the FIFO data FORMat to
ASCII,7. Read FIFO data into string variables.

Refer to the Command Reference under *TST? for a
list of module functions tested.
Note
During the first five minutes after power is applied, *TST? may fail. Allow
the module to warm-up before executing *TST?
