Troubleshooting Print Quality

Print Quality Problems

Solution

Light stripes or missing colors.

Clean the printhead with
the printer’s front panel

Repeat Step

as necessary. If light stripes persist after three consecutive

clean cycles, turn off the printer for four hours to allow the ink to cool and
solidify. Then turn on the printer and repeat the clean cycles, if necessary.
