Destination - Destination is pre-configured by the admin-
istrator. Depending on the configuration, you may have
to enter the name of the network folder of your choice or
choose from a pre-determined folder on the network or
the folder in the controller

To - Enter a recipient from the Address Book

Subject - Select the predefined Subject or enter one of
your own

From - Enter an email address or email addresses sepa-
rated by commas

From Name - Enter your name

Body - Enter the message you wish sent or No Message
