Book Center Erase
You can whiten the center of the copied image when a shadow-like part appears on it. This function is called “book center
erase”. It is useful when you copy book-type originals.
1 Place paper in the drawer(s).
When using bypass copying, be sure to set the paper size.
2 Select the drawer for the desired paper size.
3 Press [BOOK CENTER ERASE] on the EDIT menu.
