To delete all messages, while messages are not

While you are away from your home or office, you
can use a touch-tone phone, or a pulse (rotary)
phone with a pocket tone dialer (available through
RadioShack), to enter your security code and do
any of the following:
• Set the system to answer or not answer calls.
• Listen to your messages.
• Record a new outgoing message.
• Record a memo.

Deleting Messages
You cannot delete new
(unplayed) messages. If
you try to delete all
messages while you still
have new messages, the
system beeps and
announces “Please play
back all messages.”

Remote Operation
You cannot remotely
operate the system using its
handset or another
telephone on the same line.
