If you select [Complete List] from [Initial Print Job List] (see p.80 “Selecting the
Initial Print Job List”), the following screen appears:

[Per User ID]
Displays List Per User ID.
2.
[Complete List]
Displays all files stored in the ma-
chine.
3.
[Locked Print Job List]
Displays only Locked Print files
stored in the machine. See p.87
“Locked Print”.
4.
[Sample Print Job List]
Displays only Sample Print files
stored in the machine. See p.84 “Sam-
ple Print”.
5.
[Hold Print Job List]
Displays only Hold Print files stored
in the machine. See p.90 “Hold Print”.
6.
[Stored Print Job List]
Displays only Stored Print files stored
in the machine. See p.93 “Stored
Print”.
7.
User ID, Date/Time, and File
Name display
Displays the time when the instruc-
tion to print the stored files was en-
tered, User ID, and the file names.

[UPrev.]
/ [TNext.]
If the list of files does not fit on the
screen, scroll down to view the list.
9.
[Exit]
Returns to the Printer screen.
10.
[Details]
Displays details about a selected file.
11.
[Select All Jobs]
Selects all files stored in the machine.
12.
[Clear All]
Clears all selections.
13.
[Print]
Prints a selected file.
14.
[Delete]
Deletes a selected file.
