TROUBLESHOOTING
We do not expect you to have any
problems with your phone, but if you
do, these suggestions might help.
Problem Suggestions
The phone
does not work
properly.
Be sure the base’s phone
line cord and AC adapter
are correctly and securely
connected.
Be sure the battery pack
in the handset is
connected and charged.
Return the handset to the
base for about 3 seconds
to reset the security
access-protection code.
The display
flashes slowly
when the
handset is
faceup on the
base.
Be sure the battery pack
in the handset is
connected and charged.
The handset
stops working
or works poorly
during a call. Move the handset closer
to the base.
Be sure the handset’s
battery pack is charged.
(If the battery pack power
is too low, the handset
cannot display
