If you store an emergency service’s
number (police department, fire
department, ambulance) and you
choose to test the stored number, make
the test call during the late evening or
early morning hours to avoid peak
demand periods. Also, remain on the
line to explain the reason for your call.

You can store one number you dial
often in the phone’s speed dial
memory. Speed dial lets you dial a
number by pressing a single button. Ô

1. Lift the handset.
2. Hold down SPD DIAL until Store
Number appears.
3. Follow the steps under “Storing a
Number and Name in Memory” on
Page 25 to store a number.
4. Press SEL . The phone beeps and
Number Stored appears.
