Display Session Status

You can start a display session as soon as it is created using the Restart Session
button in the Define Display Session.

To see if a display session is running in the background, click the

button and select

Display / Session Status.

If a session is active, it will show IS RUNNING. If not, it is indicate IS NOT RUNNING.

To start a session that is NOT RUNNING, click on the (Re)Start button. If it is an X-
Windows terminal session, it will indicate that Alt-Tab is used to bring the session to the front.
If it is defined as Run in TEXT mode, it will have GoTo button, and show that the key
sequence to start the session is Left Ctrl Alt Fx.
