Resetting the handset
Reset the handset to restore all options to the factory default state. Your
contacts, the handset PIN, and system subscriptions are not impacted by
reset.
To reset the handset, perform the following steps:
Resetting the MEM card
Use the information in this section to erase all data from the memory
(MEM) card.
To reset the MEM card, perform the following steps:
1. Open the General settings menu using the steps in
“Accessing the General settings menu” (page 150) .
2. Press the Up or Down key to highlight the Reset
settings option.
3. Press the Select soft key.
4. Press the Yes soft key.
5. Use the Dialpad to enter the current PIN code.
6. Press the OK soft key.
7. Press the Clr key one or more times to return to the
idle display.
