There is debris leakage from the hopper

The gaskets are worn

Replace the gaskets

FILTER SHAKER

The fi lter shaker motor does no operate

The push-button is damaged

Replace the push-button

The fuse is burned

Replace the fuse

The motor electrical input is excessive

Replace the carbon brushes

Replace the motor

STEERING SYSTEM

The steering is hard

The power steering is stuck

Replace the power steering

The priority valve is faulty

Replace the valve

BRAKE SYSTEM

The machine brake system is not effi cient

The brake fl uid level is low

Add oil

The brake pump is faulty

Replace the pump

There is air in the line

Bleed the system

The shoes are worn or greasy

Replace the shoes

The shoe cylinders are faulty

The parking brake is not effi cient

STABILITY

When the machine moves the stability is
reduced

The tyre pressure is incorrect

Check the tyre pressure

WHEELS

The front wheels are noisy

The bearings are worn

Replace the bearings

DRIVE POWER

The machine drive power is reduced

The drive system pump oil supply is
insuffi cient

Check the by-pass screw tightening

Check the drive system pump pressure

Replace the pump

The drive system motor is worn

Replace the motor

The machine does not move

The by-pass is open

Tighten the by-pass screw

The pedal assist is faulty

Replace the pedal

There is no power at the pump or at the
motors

Replace the motor/pump

DRIVE PEDAL

The machine moves even if the drive pedal
is released

The drive pedal is misadjusted

Adjust the pedal

ENGINE

The diesel engine does not start

The drive pedal is pressed

Release the pedal

There is no hot air

The water line is damaged

Check and/or replace the damaged
components

There are water leaks from the heater
