Removing the Battery
If you are confident in undertaking upgrade procedures yourself, for safety
reasons it is best to remove the battery.
1. Turn the computer off, and turn it over.
2. Locate the battery bay at point .
3. Slide the battery lock in the direction of the arrow (towards the unlock
symbol ), and hold it in place.
4. Slide the battery out of the computer’s battery bay.
