Configuring the VMC 1000
Appliance
Overview
This guide explains how to configure the VMC 1000 appliance as part of the
Polycom video conferencing solution. This chapter contains the following

To configure the VMC 1000, you must:
• Log into VMC 1000 Administrator UI.
• Set the VMC 1000 Site URL.
• From the Management App, adjust VMC 1000 time settings.
• Set alerts for CPU, disk, and memory usage.
• Configure the Viewer Portal.
• Reboot the VMC 1000 appliance.
