Troubleshooting
The SureStepPro Bedside Unit displays
prompts and error messages to indicate the
system has detected a problem with its internal
function, the test strip, or the testing
procedure. These messages help in resolving
some common problems that may occur during
testing. However, the bedside unit cannot
detect all problems. When the unit does detect
a problem, it may not produce an error
message every time the problem occurs. In
some situations, improper use may cause an
inaccurate result without producing an error
message.
