Specifying cartridge settings in the printer software
Before you specify the print cartridge settings in the printer software, install the cartridges.

After you install the cartridge, from a Finder window, click Computer, and then double-
click the OS X disk icon Library folder Printers folder Lexmark folder.

Double-click the Lexmark Z25-Z35 Utility icon.

Click the Install/Change Cartridge button.

Choose the type of cartridge you installed.

Important: For correct ink levels, specify whether the cartridge is a New Cartridge or
an Old Cartridge.

Click OK.

Choose to align the cartridges.

Click Continue to print an alignment page.

Follow the instructions on the screen to complete cartridge alignment. For help, see
