Description
Power (red)
Powers the mobile computer on and off.
Used to reset the mobile computer, see see

Green/Red Dot
Unassigned application function key. See
for mapping details.
Scan (yellow)
Scan key - used for scanning applications, this key has the same function as pushing the
right scan button.
Scroll Up and Down
Moves up and down from one item to another.
Increases/decreases specified values.
Scroll Left and Right
Moves left and right from one item to another.
Increases/decreases specified values.
ESC
Exits the current operation.
SPACE/BKSP
Space and backspace functions.
Numeric/Special Function/
Alpha
Numeric or special function (
or
) by default or alpha value when the ALPHA key
is selected.
Alpha/Application
These keys can have an application assigned to the function value and have an alpha
value assigned when used with the ALPHA function key.
Function (blue)
Press and release the blue function key to activate the keypad alternate functions (shown
on the keypad in blue). The keypad LED lights and the
icon appears on the taskbar,

. Press and release the blue function key again to return to the
normal keypad functions.
Control
Press and release the CTRL key to activate the keypad alternate CTRL functions. The
keypad LED lights and the
icon appears on the taskbar. Press and release the CTRL
key again to return to the normal keypad functions.
