4. Select Yes to erase the event(s).
Tip: To erase completed events, from the monthly view, press
(right softkey), and then select To Do List and follow steps 2 - 4 above.
Note: The Erase function will not delete events that you have designated
as “secret.” (See “Event List Options” on page 75.)
To erase events scheduled before a specific time and date:
ᮣ From the calendar display, press (right softkey) >
Erase Memory > Erase Old > Yes.
To erase all scheduled events:
1. From the calendar display, press (right softkey) >
Erase Memory > Erase All > Yes. (An alert will be displayed
asking you to confirm the deletion.)
2. Press (left softkey) to erase all events.
Note: Scheduled events include Schedule (see page 70), Call Alarm (see
page 71), and To Do items (see page 72).
Going to a Specified Date
1. From the Calendar display, press (right softkey) >
Go To Date.
2. Enter the date by using the navigation key and/or the keypad
and press or (left softkey). OK
