Using the Battery
Installing the Battery
1. Insert the battery into the opening on the back of the phone
and gently press it down.
2. Place the battery cover, and then slide it upward until you
hear it snap into place.
3. Slide the battery cover release lever as indicated in the
diagram shown below.
Removing the Battery
Warning! Do not handle a damaged or leaking Li-Ion battery as you can
be burned.
1. Make sure the power is off so that you don’t lose any stored
numbers or messages.
2. Slide the battery cover release lever as indicated in the
diagram shown below and slide the battery cover downward
and remove it.
3. Use your thumbnail to lift and then remove the battery as
indicated in the diagram.
