To assign a Contacts entry to a group:
1. From the Contacts list display, select your desired Contacts
entry and press .
2. Scroll down to the box next to the icon and press twice.
3. Select a group from the Group list and press or (left
softkey).
4. Press (left softkey) to save.
To erase a group member:
1. Select > Contacts > Group.
2. Select the group entry you want to erase members from and
press .
3. Select the member you want to erase and press (right
softkey) > Erase > This or All.
4. Select Yes.
Finding Contacts Entries
There are several ways to display your Contacts entries:
by name, by speed dial number, and by voice dial tags. Follow
the steps outlined in the sections below to display entries from
the Contacts menu.
Finding Names
To find Contacts entries by name:
1. From the Contacts list display, scroll through all the entries
using your navigation key.

Enter the first letter or part of the person’s name. (The more
letters you enter, the more your search narrows.)
2. To display the entry’s details, select your desired entry and
press .
To find Contacts entries by voice dial tag:
Note: To use this feature, you must have stored entries for voice dialing.
