9. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
USB Compatibility
SCS.4DJ is compatible with all USB 2.0 specifications and standards.
USB Mass Storage Devices
SCS.4DJ is class compliant with all standard USB mass storage devices.
USB Power Requirements
The SCS.4DJ built in USB hub has four USB slave ports. USB devices can be attached to these
ports in any position and in any order. SCS.4DJ will support the USB hub standards. The SCS.4DJ
can provide 500 ma of current to each USB slave port. USB hubs and USB HDDs attached to the
SCS.4DJ hub only need be powered if they require more than 500 mA of current. The SCS.4DJ
itself must be plugged into an AC outlet.
