If you select No, the melody is just saved and the
phone returns to the standby mode.
To Delete a Selected Melody
1. Select the melody you want to delete.
2. Press and hold the C button for a few seconds. All
notes will be erased.
3. Press the Listen soft key. The display asks you to
erase the melody. Select the Yes soft key.
Ring Volume

This option allows you to adjust the ringing volume
to one of five levels. Use the volume keys on the left
side of the phone. The greater the number of bars,
the greater the volume.
Alert Type

This option allows you to indicate how you are to be
i n f o rmed of any incoming calls. The following options
a re available.
Light only: only the backlight is switched on; the
phone neither rings nor vibrates.
Melody: the phone rings using the ringing tone
selected via menu option 5-1.
Vibration: the phone vibrates but does not ring.
