Getting Started
Installing the SIM Card
When you subscribe to a cellular network, you are
p rovided with a plug-in SIM card loaded with your
subscription details (PIN, optional services available
and so on).
I m p o rt a n t ! The plug-in SIM card and its contacts
can be easily damaged by scratches or
bending, so be careful when handling,
i n s e rting or removing the card .
Keep all SIM cards out of the reach of
small childre n .
1. If necessary, switch off the phone by holding down
the key until the Bye Bye message is
d i s p l a y e d .
2. Remove the battery. To do so, push and hold down
the catch above the battery on the back of the
phone, and slide the battery down the phone.
Then lift the battery away.
