Alert Notification
You can set up several different alert tones for your phone.
They allow you to be notified when an action occurs without
looking at the screen. The different actions available are:

Minute Beep - An alert tone is sounded every minute that
you are connected.
ᮣ
Service - An alert tone is sounded when you come in or out
of your coverage area.
ᮣ
Connect - An alert tone is sounded when you are initially
connected.
ᮣ
Signal Fade - An alert tone is sounded when the signal fades
and the connection is lost.
ᮣ
Power On/Off - An alert tone is sounded when your phone is
powered On or Off.
ᮣ
Flip Sound - An alert is sounded when the flip is opened or
closed.
To enable or disable alert sounds:
1. Press
for Main Menu.
2. Press
for Settings.
3. Press
for Sounds.
4. Press
for Alerts.
5. Press:

for Minute Beep.
ⅷ
for Service.
ⅷ
for Connect.
ⅷ
for Sig. Fade Tone.
ⅷ
for Power On/Off.

6. Select On or Off using the navigation key and press
