When using 100 BASE-TX, ensure to use a Category 5 (or higher) cable.
Caution
Connect the VN-C655 grounding terminal to
the one of the annunciator.
Caution
There are a few types of LAN board for which
a cross-over cable cannot be used. Check
the specifications of the LAN board to be used
before performing connection.
Output Requirements
• Equivalent to NPN open collector output
(The output logic is set with [V.Networks Setup
Tool.])
• Allowed applied voltage: DC 12 V max.
• Allowed input current: 50 mA
• Momentary output: 1 to 5000 ms
(The duration is set with [V.Networks Setup
Tool.])
Connect the camera to a hub or a PC by using a LAN cable.
• For hub connection
Use a straight cable.
• For PC connection
Use a cross-over cable.
