Colour Matrix
Selects the colour matrix used for colour conversion.
●
The setting is fixed to “Auto” and unadjustable when “Colour Space” is set to
“sRGB”, “AdobeRGB”, or “x.v.Colour”.
●
The setting is fixed to “Auto” and unadjustable when ”PC Monitor Mode” is
set to “On”.
●
The setting is fixed to “Auto” and unadjustable when “Colour Space” is set to
“Auto” and the xvYCC signal is input to the HDMI terminal.

Auto : An appropriate colour matrix is applied automatically.
■
709 : The colour matrix conforming ITU-R BT.709 is used for
conversion.
■
601 : The colour matrix conforming ITU-R BT.601 is used for
conversion.
Colour Space
Changes the range of colour representation.
●
“sRGB” or “AdobeRGB” is selectable when “PC Monitor Mode” is set to “On”.
●
Even when “Auto” is selected, the setting may not switch to “x.v.Colour”
automatically depending on the connected device or the connection status.

Auto : Normally applies “Wide”. When the xvYCC signal is input to the
HDMI terminal, “x.v.Colour” is applied automatically.
■
Normal : HDTV standard.
■
Wide : The wide colour gamut of the equipped LCD panel. (Wider than
the HDTV standard.)
■
x.v.Colour : Colour representation suitable for x.v.Colour.
■
sRGB : Colour representation suitable for sRGB.
■
AdobeRGB : Colour representation suitable for AdobeRGB.
