Backlight Setting
Adjusts settings of functions relating with backlight.

Smart Picture
Reduces the backlight automatically in dazzling scenes.

On / Off

Dynamic Backlight
Reduces the backlight automatically in dark scenes to represent black
deeper.
■
High / Medium / Low / Off
Colour System
Selects the colour system for the picture signal which is input to INPUT-4
from composite terminal.

The setting is adjustable only when “Input-4 Setting” is set to “Composite”.
(➔ page 33)

The setting is unadjustable when “PC Monitor Mode” is set to “On”.

Auto : An appropriate colour system is automatically applied
depending on the type of the input signal. Normally select this.
■
PAL/50 : When the colour system is PAL.
■
PAL/60 : When the colour system is PAL 60.
■
SECAM : When the colour system is SECAM.
■
NTSC3.58 : When the colour system is NTSC 3.58.
■
NTSC4.43 : When the colour system is NTSC 4.43.
■
PAL M : When the colour system is PAL-M.
■
PAL N : When the colour system is PAL-N.
