add a calendar event

Open the main menu, then tap Datebook.

Tap the desired date, then tap New Event.

Enter the appointment name and details.

Tap Save to save the appointment.
set an alarm

Open the main menu, then tap Tools > Alarm Clock.

Tap Add ALARM 1, Add ALARM 2, or Add ALARM 3.

Set the alarm time, alarm tone, and recurrence.

Tap the Set Alarm button to turn the alarm On.
