The following parameters are defined in 3GPP TS 23.060[47] -
: Numeric parameter, value range from 1 to 8.
: Consists of dot-separated numeric (0-255)
parameters on the form 'a1.a2.a3.a4.m1.m2.m3.m4', for IPv4 and
'a1.a2.a3.a4.a5.a6.a7.a8.a9.a10.a11.a12.a13.a14.a15.a16.
