Step 3: Configuring the TCP/IP protocol

5 Click Properties . The TCP/IP Properties dialog box
opens.
6 Click the IP Address tab, then click Obtain an IP address
automatically .
7 Click OK to close the TCP/IP Properties dialog box.
8 Click OK to close the Network dialog box.
9 Click X to close the Control Panel window.
10 Repeat this procedure for every computer on your
network.
11 After you set up the IP addresses on all your
computers, go to “Turning the powerline adapter off”
on page 26.
