Synchronizing Your
Device with an Exchange
Server
Synchronize your contacts, calendar,
and e-mail with an Exchange
ActiveSync account. You must have
a data connection to use this feature.
Contact your network administrator to
obtain the necessary information for
your network.

about setting up an Exchange
ActiveSync account.
You can select the types of data
(e-mail, contacts, and calendar) to
synchronize and how the device
synchronizes data ( page 106 ).
Synchronizing with a
Google ™ Account
You can synchronize your Google
account data with the calendar,
contacts, and Google Mobile Services.
1. From the Home screen, touch >
Settings > Accounts and Sync >
Add New Account > Next.
2. Select an option:
• Touch Sign in to sign into an
existing Google account. Enter
your user name and password,
and touch Sign in.
• Touch Create to create a new
Google account. Follow the on-
screen instructions.
3. Select the types of data you want to
synchronize.
Data in your Google account
synchronizes automatically with the
applications on your device.
