You can synchronize your phone with
your computer, Google account, and
Exchange account to keep your inbox,
contacts, and calendar up to date in all
locations ( page 90 ).
Using the Calendar
Viewing an Appointment
1. From the application tray, touch
Calendar.
2. Select an option, if necessary:
• Touch to view the current
day. The number in the circle is
the current day of the month.
• Touch to view an agenda of
upcoming appointments.
• Touch to view
appointments for today.
• Touch to select a date on
the monthly calendar.
• Touch or to change the
day or month.
3. Touch an appointment to view
details.
Creating an Appointment
1. From the application tray, touch
Calendar.
2. Touch .
3. Touch Subject, enter a subject, and
touch Done.
4. Touch Location, and select an
option to enter a location:
• Enter the full address or location
name, and touch Done.
• Touch Add Location, touch the
location on the map, and touch
Select this Location > Done.
• Touch Add Location, touch
, find the location, and touch
Select this Location > Done.
