Replacing an AC power supply
1.
Pull the handle of the sub power supply downward to the unlock position. Gently move the sub
power supply to separate it from the backplane of the power supply.
2.
Supporting the bottom of the sub power supply with one hand and holding the sub power supply
handle with the other hand, gently pull the sub power supply out. Put the removed sub power
supply on an antistatic mat or into the original shipping materials.
If the power supply is installed with two AC sub power supplies, repeat steps 1 and 2 to remove
the other sub power supply.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the captive screws on both sides of the power supply.
4.
Supporting the bottom of the power supply with one hand and holding the power supply handle
with the other hand, gently pull the AC power supply out along the slide rails.
5.
Slowly push the new power supply into the slot along the slide rails until the rear of the power
supply has close contact with the backplane.
6.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to fasten the captive screws on both sides of the power supply.
7.
Pull the handle of a sub power supply downward to the unlock position.
