If you receive “No Signal Last Reception” message, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check the antenna connection to the SiteSync IQ System Controller. Make sure the antenna is securely attached and
that it is not damaged.
2. Check for CDMA cellular reception in the location of the SiteSync IQ System Controller. The easiest way to do this is to check
the signal strength indicator on a Verizon Wireless, Sprint or Alltel cell phone (USA).
3. Relocate the SiteSync IQ System Controller to an area with CDMA reception.
4. Move the SiteSync IQ System Controller away from high voltage equipment.
If you receive incorrect time after attempting a sync, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. If your location is by a time zone border, a bias may be needed to set the time. To set the bias, follow these instructions:
a. Press

b. Use the keypad to enter the User Lock.

c. Press

to enable CDMA.
d. Using the keypad, enter a CDMA bias.
Press
O
