Support
To support USB device in DOS mode: such as USB Flash Disk, USB key-
board, please select
AUTO option disables legacy support if no USB devices are Connected.
DISABLE option will Keep USB devices available only for EFI applications.
Mass Storage Devices
To select the types of the connected USB devices. [Auto], or [ floppy] or
[Forced FDD], [HDD ] or CD-ROM. System defaults as [Auto]. USB Trans-
fer time-out USB Transfer time-out can be set as 1/5/10/20 seconds. The
default time-out value is 20 seconds.
Device Reset Time-Out
To setup the USB Mass Storage Reset time-out: 10 sec, 20sec, 30sec or
40sec. The default time-out value is 20 seconds.
Device Power-up Delay
To set the number of seconds you wait for the BIOS to attempt to initialize
and recognize USB device. [Auto] or [Manual]. [Auto]: 100ms for Root to
recognize USB device. For the delay time for HUB, refer to HUB instruc-
tions. [Manual]: To set device Power-up delay in second manually. Set the
value of Device Power-up Delay to be 1sec to 40 seconds.
