Hazard/Message Cause

ACCESS
DENIED/UN-
AUTHORIZED
OPERATOR
User OID/PIN did not match the
supervisor authorization table, or
the user is not authorized for the
test type indicated.
Contact facility POCC or supervisor for proper
authorization.
Auto SHUT-OFF
Automatic shut off of a test.
If START button is pressed and a test tube is
not detected by the test well within one minute,
repeat the test with a new tube.
MEMORY FAULT
There is a malfunction in the
computer memory. The message
may include “RxDx Case Lost”.
Contact ITC Technical Service.
CLOCK FAULT
The system real-time clock is not
operational.
Contact ITC Technical Service.
RTC/CPU CLOCKS
The difference between real time
and CPU time after completion of
a test is out of specification.
Contact ITC Technical Service.
WELL FAILED
CALIBRATION
Test well magnetic detectors are
not functional.
System will not operate failed well.
Contact ITC Technical Service.
WELL PCB VCC
An electronic problem has
occurred in the well. Tests
cannot be run in either well.
Contact ITC Technical Service.
Wn FAULT
CANNOT RUN
TESTS
A well fault has been detected that
prohibits normal well operation.
Tests cannot be run in that well.
Contact ITC Technical Service.
Wn DBASE ERR
The system has detected a
problem with a patient record or
a QC record in the database.
Contact ITC Technical Service.
Microprocessor
Failure
The CPU has failed.
If CPU fails, system automatically shuts down
in 1.5 seconds. Contact ITC Technical Service.
SENSOR PULSE
An electronic problem has
occurred in the well. Tests
cannot be run in either well.
