IR Filter
A removable IR filter
is included with
the DCS 645. This filter, which is installed in front
of the imager, filters out infrared light and helps
protect the imager’s coverglass.

For your images to be sharp and in focus,
you must use either an IR filter or an
anti-aliasing filter.
Anti-aliasing Filter
You can replace the IR filter with an anti-aliasing
filter which can be purchased from your Kodak
equipment dealer. The filter performs the IR filter
functions and helps reduce aliasing at certain
focal distances.
