Color irregularity (white shading) likely to occur vertically on the screen due to lens characteristics is
automatically compensated.
Notes:
1. When using the camera for the first time, or after replacing the lens, be sure to conduct auto
shading adjustment.
2. When used under fluorescent, mercury or other special types of lighting, flicker can impair white
balance or shading adjustment. In such cases, adjust the shutter speed to reduce the flicker to
the extent possible, then adjust white balance or shading.
