Reprinting faxes
Reprinting faxes
You may sometimes need to reprint a received fax. Your machine stores the most recently
received faxes in memory (approximately 100 pages). As this memory is filled, old faxes
that have been printed will be erased to make room for new faxes.
NOTE:
HP 1040 Fax: Unplugging the fax machine power cord and plugging it back in
again clears the memory including all unprinted or unsent faxes. A power outage also
clears the fax machine memory.
NOTE:
HP 1050 Fax: The device has 30 minutes of backup memory. If the power is off
longer than that, the faxes will be cleared.
