Maintenance every 3000 hours
Check the injection nozzles
ATTENTION
This work may only be carried out by an au-
thorized workshop.
- Clean the injection nozzles.
- Check the injection nozzles with a test pressure of
250 +8 bar.
Change the toothed belt
Change every 3000 hours or 5 years maximum.
See maintenance instructions of the engine manufacturer.
ATTENTION
This work may only be carried out by an au-
thorized workshop.
- Remove the left-hand cover of the toothed belt drive.
- Check the toothed belt for cracks over its entire length.
- Replace damaged toothed belts.
NOTE
When replacing the toothed belt, also replace
the idler pulley.
