contact customer support services for assistance. See the section
for your country in this section.
We will be able to help you much more quickly if you give us the
following information:
❏ Printer model
❏ Serial number of your printer
(The serial number label is on the back of the printer.)
❏ Brand and model of your computer
❏ Printer software version
(Click the About button in your printer driver.)
❏ Windows version (for example, 95, 98, NT 4.0, or 3.1)
❏ Software application(s) you normally use with the printer and
their version number(s)
