• Check the BIOS (UEFI) setting for USB when using a Windows PC. (Refer to the User's
Manual of the PC for details.)
• Check whether the operating systems of the peripheral devices are up to date.
Power indicator is flashing orange and white.
• This symptom may occur when the external device is connected to the DisplayPort
connector. Use a signal cable recommended by us for the connection. Turn the monitor
off and on.
• Check the connection and condition of the USB peripheral devices connected to the
monitor.
• Turn off the main power switch on the back of the monitor, and then turn it on again.
• If the monitor is connected to a laptop with a USB-C cable, connect an AC adapter to
the laptop.
Even when the mouse or keyboard are used, the external device does not
wake from sleep.
• Turn the setting "On" for "Compatibility Mode" on the "Administrator Settings" menu (see

supply.
