Playing files

1. Select the type of file to be played with

Files with checkmarks are played in the slideshow.

uncheck the checkbox.
After playing a file, checked files are played in order.
When playing an unchecked file, that file is played only
one time.

Playing music files in slide show
When playing a slideshow using photos in a USB flash drive,
you can play multiple music files.
1. Select PHOTO with
or
and press
ENTER
.
2. Select the folder with

(F2) to show the slideshow photo selection
screen, and select photos.
4. Press
DISPLAY
(F1) in the slideshow photo selection
screen, select SELECT SLIDE SHOW BGM with

5. Check the media, and press
ENTER

6. Select the folder that contains the files you want to
play with
or
, and press
ENTER
.
7. Select files.
Select each file with

, and press
SIZE
(F3) to
check or uncheck the checkbox.
Files with checkmarks are played at the same time as the
slideshow. When it is finished, press
RETURN
.
8. When you have finished selecting the files, press
RETURN
to return to the slideshow photo selection screen.
9. Press
MODE
(F2) to start the slideshow.
When playing a slideshow using photos in a USB flash
drive, you can play multiple music files.
TIPS
• To return to the previous item, press
RETURN
.
• The slideshow and auto play (see page 22) order is the
same as the order of the files shown in the list. If the photo
file order is changed, the play order will also change. (See
page 23.)
• In a portrait installation, a portrait photo may occasionally
appear in landscape orientation. If this occurs, set the EXIF
information (rotation information) in the file to no rotation
using an image processing program on your computer.
• If you stop a video file before it is finished playing and then
press
ENTER
to play the file, the file will resume from the point
where it was stopped. To play the file from the beginning,
start playback with
MODE
(F2).
• The preview view of the video list may take time to appear
with some files. Wait until the previews appear before
performing the next step.

Copy photo files to internal memory
You can copy photo files from a USB flash drive to internal
memory and play the files.
1. Insert the USB flash drive into a USB port on the
monitor. (See page 13.)
2. Set the media to USB flash drive. (See page 20.)
3. Select PHOTO with
or
and press
ENTER
.
4. Select the folder that contains the files to be copied
with
or
and press
ENTER
.
5. Press
DISPLAY
(F1), select COPY PHOTO with
or
and press
ENTER
.
6. Select the file copy method and press
ENTER

• ALL FOLDER
Copy all files in a USB flash drive to the internal memory.
• CURRENT FOLDER
Copy all files in the selected folder to the internal memory.
• SELECTED FILE
You can select files to be copied with

SIZE
(F3). When you have finished selecting
files, press
MODE
(F2).
7. Press
ENTER

8. Select the folder where the file will be copied to.
You can select CREATE NEW FOLDER to create a new
folder.
9. Select YES with

File copying starts. To cancel while the file is being copied,
press
ENTER
(CANCEL).
10. When copying finishes, press
ENTER

TIPS
• Files cannot be copied from internal memory to a USB flash
drive.
