MJPEG compression settings include:
• high compression, low bitrate, low quality
• middle compression, default
• low compression, high bitrate, high quality
H.264 compression settings include:
• highest compression, lowest quality
• middle compression, default
• low compression, highest quality
Users can also decide whether to display compression information on the Home page.
Click “Save” to confirm the setting.
4.4.3 Video OCX Protocol
In the Video OCX protocol setting page, users can select RTP over UDP, RTP over TCP, RTSP over
HTTP or MJPEG over HTTP, for streaming media over the network. In the case of multicast networking,
users can select the Multicast mode. The page is shown as follows.
