About This Manual
Purpose
The manual has been written to help you install Job Server. Job Server is used to perform operations in
Access Control User Station (ACUS) application of the Risco Access Control (RAC) System.
Intended Audience
This manual is primarily intended for the users who will install Risco Server Platform (RSP) system or Account
Management Autonomous Component (AMAC).
Prerequisites for Use
Basic understanding of Windows Services and Queues is required for using this manual. Basic knowledge of
XML file editing is required. Understanding of installing applications using InstallShield wizards is
recommended.
Organisation of the Manual
Introduction provides an overview of installation procedure for Job Server. It also details the hardware and
software requirements.
Getting Started details the steps for the installation process.
Repairing or Removing Job Server describes the details to repair or remove Job Server.
Contact provides contact details of Risco.
